Terry Morahan was called to the Bar in 1989. He has an extensive practice with an emphasis on commercial law and equity, including all commercial disputes, building disputes, trusts, wills and estates, family provision, real property, corporations law and professional negligence. He also frequently appears in the Dust Diseases Tribunal of NSW.

Prior to his career in law, Terry was an officer in the Australian Army, served as a diplomat in the Department of Foreign Affairs for 10 years and was employed in the petroleum industry for 3 years. Terry has served on several Bar Association Committees and has been active in training new barristers. He edited the Butterworths District Court Practice for 10 years and was a member of the District Court of NSW Rules Committee. Terry also enjoys delivering lectures and has presented both locally and internationally, in NSW and China respectively.
