Rob Taylor was admitted as a solicitor in 1984 and called to the Bar 1992. He has practiced for almost 40 years in personal injury and associated litigation.

Rob regularly appears in the High Court, NSW Court of Appeal, Supreme Courts of NSW and ACT and the NSW District Court. He has also appeared in the Compensation Court and Workers Compensation Commission of NSW, and now the Personal Injury Commission of NSW. Rob has a large practice acting for injured workers in work injury damages claims and for plaintiffs in medical negligence claims, TPD and income protection claims, common law, public liability and motor accident claims. Rob is highly regarded as counsel who prepares comprehensive advices and ensures maximum damages for his clients.
