Peter Mooney SC has practiced extensively in the areas of common law, professional negligence and public liability, with a particular interest in motor vehicle and workplace injuries.

Peter was called to the Bar in 1984 and appointed as Senior Counsel in 2011. Peter’s early work focused mostly on criminal and common law. He is recognised as a Leading Senior Counsel in New South Wales Insurance Law (Doyle’s Guide 2020, 2021).
