Keith was appointed Senior Counsel in 2001 and practised in common law for over 40 years. He specialised in motor accident and catastrophic injury claims, with changes to the Motor Accident Scheme in 1999 leading to a significant development in his administrative law practice. Mr Rewell SC had a large trial and appellate practice and frequently appeared in the Courts of Appeal in NSW and the ACT, and the High Court. He also appeared in the Privy Council. Mr Rewell SC was involved in many of the leading motor accident and administrative law cases in NSW over the last 20 years.
Mr Rewell SC now acts as a mentor to younger members of the Bar.
