He appears both led and unled in the District Court, Supreme Court, Court of Appeal and specialist jurisdictions including the Dust Diseases Tribunal of New South Wales. His practice encompasses institutional and historical abuse claims, intentional torts, public liability disputes, medical negligence, professional liability, motor accident litigation and work injury damages matters.
Prior to joining the Bar, John acted for individuals, insurers, corporations and government agencies in complex personal injury and contribution disputes across multiple jurisdictions. This experience provides him with a comprehensive understanding of litigation strategy and risk management from a broad range of perspectives.
