With more than two decades of experience in personal injury law, Jnana is regularly briefed in matters involving motor accident claims, medical negligence, civil liability and complex administrative law disputes. She is widely recognised for her expertise in navigating the intersection between statutory schemes, administrative decision-making and common law compensation claims.
Prior to joining the Bar, Jnana was a litigation solicitor and Director of Stacks/Goudkamp Lawyers. She was also a Law Society Accredited Specialist in Personal Injury Law and served as an assessor for specialist accreditation programs, reflecting her longstanding contribution to professional standards within the legal profession.
Jnana has been recognised by Doyle’s Guide as a Pre-eminent Junior Counsel in New South Wales Insurance and Personal Injury Law and continues to be regarded as one of the leading practitioners in this area. Her professional leadership includes serving as President of the New South Wales Branch of the Australian Lawyers Alliance and membership of the New South Wales Bar Association Common Law Committee.
A regular presenter at conferences and seminars, Jnana has also contributed extensively to legal scholarship and professional education. She has authored numerous articles for legal publications and co-authored leading reference texts including the Motor Accidents chapter of the Goudkamp and Morrison Personal Injury Law Manual NSW and The Law Handbook.
