Acting for both plaintiffs and defendants, Gary regularly appears in matters involving medical negligence, institutional and historical abuse claims, motor accident litigation, occupier’s liability, public liability disputes and work injury damages proceedings.
He appears in the Supreme Court, District Court, Personal Injury Commission and a range of specialist tribunals throughout New South Wales. While principally based in Sydney, Gary also maintains a regular practice in regional jurisdictions including Newcastle and Wollongong.
Recognised for his practical advocacy and broad common law experience, Gary is regularly briefed in complex liability disputes involving significant legal, factual and medical issues.
Gary is also currently on the NSW Bar Association’s Common Law Committee.
