Gary Smith was called to the Bar in 2001. Since then, he has been practising predominantly in personal injury litigation. He has an extensive practice, acting for both plaintiffs and defendants, in common law, medical negligence, institutional abuse, motor accidents, occupiers liability and work injury damages claims.
Gary appears in the Supreme and District Courts, Personal Injury Commission and various other Tribunals. Whilst practising mostly in Sydney, Gary also regularly appears in Newcastle and Wollongong.
