Eugene Romaniuk SC was called to the Bar in 1995 and appointed Senior Counsel in 2013. Prior to his practice at the Bar, he was employed in the role of Court of Appeal Researcher, NSW Court of Appeal, having completed his Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Laws (First Class Honours) at the Australian National University in 1992.

He has a general practice, with a strong emphasis in civil appeals and litigation involving evidence and procedure, complex expert evidence, common law, personal injury, medical negligence, professional negligence, insurance, judicial review and administrative law. Eugene carries a breadth of diverse trial and appellate experience. He also regularly presents at seminars and has long enjoyed the opportunity to share and discuss knowledge.
