Mr Dean-Lloyd Del Monte has been consistently recognised in Doyle's Guide since 2019, most recently as Pre-eminent Insurance Junior Counsel (NSW) in 2025. He practises in complex insurance and common law litigation, with an interstate and international practice, and also appears unled in serious criminal trials.

Mr Del Monte has an interstate and international practice [London], although he practices principally in New South Wales, the ACT and Queensland. He has a particular focus on matters involving intentional torts, institutional abuse, public liability, motor vehicle accident and common law claims.

Mr Del Monte also maintains a strong criminal practice, appearing unled in trials related to large drug distribution and manufacture, kidnapping, armed robbery, violent assault, sexual assault, fraud and white-collar crime in all States.
