Mr Dean- Lloyd Del Monte has been named in the Doyle’s Guide- Leading Insurance Junior Counsel – New South Wales in 2019, 2020, 2021 and 2022. He is well recognised by his peers as a leading expert in insurance litigation and trials.
Mr Del Monte has an interstate and international practice [London], although he practices principally in New South Wales, the ACT and Queensland. He has a particular focus on matters involving intentional torts, institutional abuse, public liability, motor vehicle accident and common law claims.
Mr Del Monte also maintains a strong criminal practice, appearing unled in trials related to large drug distribution and manufacture, kidnapping, armed robbery, violent assault, sexual assault, fraud and white-collar crime in all States.
