David Baran was first called to the Bar in 1991. He has a strong reputation for running complex cases and is recognised in the Doyle’s Guide as a Leading Insurance and Personal Injury Barrister for Plaintiffs and Defendants (2018-2021).
In his over 30 years of practice, he has conducted a myriad of cases in courts and tribunals across Australia, leading jury trials, inquiries, tribunal matters, judicial review and class actions. His current practice focuses on personal injury, insurance, TPD, abuse claims, work injury damages and intentional torts. David has a Master of Laws with distinction.
